About Me: Todd is a native of Barrie and has been a member in good standing of the Barrie & District Real Estate Board for over 36 years. He also is a member of the National Commercial Council. As a member of the Royal LePage sales force, as of 2021 he has earned the coveted Lifetime Member National Chairman's Club Award, which places him in the top 1% nationally of all sales representatives, and the Red Diamond Award which places him in the top 2% of all sales representatives regionally. He has also received the Lifetime Award of Excellence from Royal LePage. Todd has extensive experience working with several builders and developers, and in close association with surrounding Townships and the City of Barrie planning offices on numerous land assembly projects and new home developments/subdivisions.
